Assistant Boutique Manager
As Assistant Boutique Manager for ROWIE The Label you will assist the Boutique Manager in leading and directing our retail team and be responsible for end to end boutique performance and operations to drive the ROWIE The Label retail business. You will develop connections with our wider ROWIE The Label community and work closely with our Senior Management team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in leading, coaching, driving and inspiring the team to achieve their targets and expectations of their role.
Lead the Boutiques and team in absence of a Boutique Manager on duty
Partnering with the Boutique Manager to develop and deliver innovative business strategies to increase the performance in your department area
You will play a critical role in the look, feel and culture of ROWIE The Label - updating Visual Merchandising on a weekly basis/as required, ensuring beautiful, clean and well presented boutiques at all times.
Leading by example by providing a premium customer experience that will exceed expectations.
Upholding the ethos and values outlined in the ROWIE The Label Code of Conduct as guiding principles for the way you work with our team and with our customers
Being an ambassador for the brand - having an excellent understanding of ROWIE The Label as a brand, our story, dreams and aesthetics.
Offer creative styling and presentation, someone who makes the ROWIE brand their own

2 + Years of experience in directing, managing and mentoring a small team in a retail management role.
Experience with store operational duties including visual merchandising, stock management and other retail operational processes.
Must be available to work up to 5 days per week including weekends and Public Holidays
Working between our Byron Bay and Bangalow Boutique
