BOUTIQUE MANAGER
As Boutique Manager for ROWIE The Label you will lead and direct our retail team and be responsible for end to end store operations and performance. You will develop connections with our wider ROWIE community and work closely with the Area Manager and senior management team to drive the ROWIE The Label retail business.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE
Premium Customer Service -leading your team to provide a premium customer experience that will exceed expectations
Boutique Content Creation - creating and participating in boutique content for ROWIE website and social media platforms
Sales and KPI’s - driving sales to meet sales targets and KPI’s
Visual Merchandising - updating VM on a weekly basis or as required and ensuring a beautiful, clean and well presented boutiques at all times
Employee Rosters - scheduling and management
Leading a small team - coaching, driving and inspiring your team to achieve their targets and the expectations of their role
EXPECTATIONS
Prior experience with the areas of responsibility - as listed above
Being an ambassador for the brand - having an excellent understanding of each collection including styles, fabrics, fits, sizing, styling & themes.
Upholding ROWIE The Label retail operational standards and procedures while leading your team by an exemplary personal standard
Ability to work as both a leader and as part of a team, self motivated, displays accountability with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to understand professional pressures and remain resilient under these circumstances by maintaining a calm and composed approach
Working closely with management to develop and deliver innovative business strategies to increase the performance in your department area
