Production & Development Coordinator

Join ROWIE’s Byron Bay studio as our next Production & Development Coordinator, a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of each seasonal collection. Working closely with our Founder and Production Manager, you’ll help keep samples, fittings, and factory comms on track.

Key Responsibilities

Sample Management – Tracking all samples (proto, fit, SMS, PP) and ensuring smooth sample flow.

Fittings & Documentation – Measuring, photographing, and documenting sample fittings.

Critical Path & Tech – Updating the seasonal critical path, fit notes, BOMs, and tech packs.

Factory Communication – Liaising with offshore partners on lab dips, trims, and sample status.

Shoot & Archive Support – Packing samples for shoots and managing our product archive.

Expectations

Experience in a similar role — ideally in fashion production, development, or coordination

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator across teams and offshore partners

Comfortable in a fast-paced studio environment

Proactive and solutions-focused with a clear sense of ownership
