We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop industry-leading marketing initiatives that will build brand awareness, drive sales and generate customer engagement. From partnerships to location specified campaigns working across Marketing and Social Media. Reporting to the Director and Brand Manager, you will guide the the strategy for Marketing and Communications to grow the business and position the brand at the forefront of Australian Designers.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Working in collaboration with the Brand Manager to develop a marketing strategy to increase engagement, conversion and connection with our product and brand.
Overseeing the ROWIE The Label Marketing Department, coordinating and managing the marketing calendar in line with company objectives and projects.
Constantly having a pulse on marketing trends across industries, with a specific pulse on fashion to provide original insights and context during meetings and campaign execution.
Nurture and manage a Marketing team (Marketing Assistants, Digital Marketing Contractor, Graphic Designer), increase productivity and assist with employment, training and performance goals while fostering a positive company culture and working environment. Actively being an integral team leader ensuring the marketing team are set up for success.
Coordinating recruitment of high calibre Marketing team members in liaison with Senior Management.

Candidates must have full working rights within Australia, Minimum 3+ years in a similar position and formal tertiary education in business, communications, marketing or similar.
Experience in directing, managing and mentoring a small sized team.
Tech savvy with advanced knowledge and experience using Klaviyo and Shopify.
Prior experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, XD) is an advantage
