This role will be responsible for creating and executing ROWIE The Label’s social media strategy and content creation, reflecting our brand values and ethos. You will deliver a progressive and innovative aesthetic to drive our growth both domestically and internationally.

Develop and execute a planning calendar of the monthly content that supports the broader marketing calendar.
Drive the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. 
Preserving the brand identity by maintaining the creative direction while bringing senior management’s vision to life in an elevated and innovative manner. 
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure our organic content and calendar works to support and maximise our paid social content. 
Manage our Influencer/PR communication to leverage and display our UGC to speak to new audiences, drive engagement, and grow our following whilst maintaining and directing web traffic and sales.
Capture, measure and remain accountable for reporting on the success of social campaigns in order to monitor and measure the effectiveness of organic campaigns in the growth of our social channels.
Reviewing supplied data and analytical reports, insights and best practices to continuously improve, and acting with initiative through this information. 
Contribute to the development of the brand's style and identity across all digital and retail channels by advocating a consistent and high level of standards and practices. 
Being an ambassador for ROWIE The Label, having an excellent understanding of the brands ethos and a clear, demonstrated writing style and excellent understanding of the brand’s tone of voice.
Out of the box thinking with strong data and conceptual skills for layout and social placement, offering a variety of digital solutions. 
Ability to understand professional pressures and remain resilient under these circumstances by maintaining a calm and composed approach
A self-starter with strong initiative, while still being flexible and able to work well in a team environment.

Have demonstrated experience in managing social media channels for a global audience from copywriting, content planning, scheduling, and reporting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
Careers interest in Social Media, Marketing and PR
Experience building and maintaining relationships with content creators and influencers
Understanding and initiative with content creation and being featured through the ROWIE The Label Social Media channels
A willingness to pitch, develop and implement strategies in-line with the company’s objectives to meet and exceed our quarterly, mid-year and annual deliverables (every 3, 6 and 12 months).

Full Time / Salary Package
Minimum 1+ years experience in social media and/or public relations for a consumer brand/product preferably in fashion, beauty and/or life- style industry 
A strong portfolio of previous experience working with other social media practitioners (agencies, influencers).
Tech savvy with previous knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro (an advantage) 
A genuine understanding of ROWIE as a brand and ability to uphold the company's vision and standards
