WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER (2iC)
As Warehouse 2IC for ROWIE The Label you will assist the Warehouse and Operations Manager in leading and directing our Warehouse Team ensuring the warehouse continually operates at peak efficiency.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Assisting with appropriate staffing, space/lay- out capacity requirements, incoming/outgoing orders and product to/from the warehouse with customer satisfaction being the core objective
Overseeing and directing the warehouse team as per the Warehouse & Operations Managers operational goals
Handling PO’s and assisting with receiving deliveries into the warehouse
Organise, monitor and control inventory levels across the business to maximise operational efficiency, sales and loss prevention. Overseeing all inventory across all branches, executing replenishments and inventory movements into e-commerce and retail stores
Ensuring accuracy of stock levels across all branches at all times through regular stocktaking, spot checks and ensuring best practice in all aspects of stock management
Assist in the dispatch of e-commerce orders and wholesale orders including operating dispatch systems when required and ensuring fulfilment is completed accurately in a timely manner
Nurture and co-manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, increase productivity and assist with employment, training and performance goals while fostering a positive company culture and working environment
Ability to work in a physical environment, comfortable being on your feet for an extended period of time with heavy lifting of products, ensuring WH&S policies and procedures are met
Work closely with the Warehouse & Operations Manager to identify and recommend areas of improvement, establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices to optimise efficiency of the warehouse

Ability to understand professional pressures and remain resilient under these circumstances by maintaining a calm and composed approach
Ability to work as both a leader and as part of a team, self motivated, displays accountability and exceptional attention to detail
KPI’s - Willingness to pitch, develop strategies in line with company objectives to meet and exceed 3, 6 and 12 monthly deliverables reporting to the Warehouse & Operations Manager
Available to work 5 days, during operating hours 7am-5pm.

Full Time / Salary Role
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
2 + Years of experience in assisting the directing, managing and mentoring of a small team.
2 + Years experience in Fashion Logistics
Experience with Cin7 and Shipping Management Systems (an advantage)
Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail
Highly organised with an ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
