If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order for a refund or virtual online voucher subject to the following conditions:
Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery or store collection.
Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
If item quality review is approved, full price items can be refunded or exchanged for a credit note
Original shipping costs are non refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear, intimate briefs, earrings and hair accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Please try on your new shoes on soft surfaces prior to being worn as we will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.
 
Virtual Online Gift Cards cannot be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Return FAQ
To return any ROWIE items from your order simply lodge your return online via our ‘Request A Return’ page at the bottom left of our website. 
Please ensure your returned item is in original condition. 
A free return shipping label is provided for all approved domestic ROWIE returns opting for a store credit. All approved domestic ROWIE returns opting for a refund will be subject to a flat rate $15 return shipping label to be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, please continue to post your unworn garment via a trackable postal service to our head office address provided to you separately via email when you lodge your return.
Online orders collected via local pick up may drop their return off to our warehouse directly. Please note for local drop-off returns we are unable to process on the spot and may still take up to 5 business days to be processed.
Please include your original invoice and clearly display your name and return number so we can identify your return.
If you wish to exchange your item please opt for a store credit when submitting your returns request. Once your return has been received and processed you will be emailed a virtual gift voucher. The value of your voucher is the amount paid after any discounts plus minus the original postage. 
This voucher may be used to purchase the item you are wishing to exchange your return for. 
Unfortunately we are unable to reserve stock or facilitate direct exchanges for any online purchases including local pick ups.
Due to the limited nature of our garments, we cannot guarantee your preferred item will still be available by the time we receive your return. 
All approved ROWIE returns opting for a store credit will receive a free return shipping label.
All approved ROWIE returns opting for a refund will be subject to a flat rate $15 return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.
 
Unfortunately ROWIE cannot be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit and are unable to provide a refund or credit for any missing or damaged products as a result.
 
Please note the return label provided by ROWIE does not have insurance. If in the unlikely event your return is lost or damaged in transit you won’t be able to apply for compensation. Should you wish to post your return back with insurance you are able to organise your own shipping label. The cost of this will not be deducted from your refund.
 
Once you have lodged your return you will receive your returns label separately via email. If you do not receive a label please get in contact with our Customer Care team at hello@rowiethelabel.com

We are unable to create return labels for international customers. International customers are responsible for organising return shipping. 
We highly recommend shipping your return via a trackable postal service as ROWIE The Label takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return.

At ROWIE we take pride in our reputation for quality and would hate for any of our customers to receive any item that is flawed in any way! 
So that we can assist you further, please email hello@rowiethelabel.com with your order number and images of what you have received. We will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date ROWIE The Label receives your return for it to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email once our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way!
During sale/launch weeks there may be a delay in processing your return or exchange. We thank you for your patience and understanding during these times.
Afterpay returns follow our standard returns process!
Your refund will be processed and communicated to you via Afterpay shortly after the refund has been authorised by ROWIE The Label. The returned item/s will create an adjusted Afterpay payment schedule or a refund of your completed payments. 
Unfortunately we are currently unable to process returns or refunds for online orders in our boutiques.
You are welcome to drop your return into either of our boutiques and it will then be processed by our online returns team once it has been received at our warehouse.
Please ensure your return has been lodged online via our ‘Request A Return’ page at the bottom left of our website prior to taking your item/s into the boutique. 
If you choose to take your return to a boutique, please allow 4-7 days for your return to be returned to our warehouse for processing.
