Do note our return period commences from the date the order is received by the consumer (i.e. date of delivery or collection).

Any delays with your order being delivered will not interfere with your 30 days (for full price garments) & 14 days (for sale garments).  

With updated health & safety measures in place there may be delays with processing your return. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date ROWIE The Label receives your return for it to be processed.

If you receive an item believed to be faulty, please send photos to hello@rowiethelabel.com as soon as possible.
Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery or store collection.
Are returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
If item quality review is approved, full price items can be refunded or exchanged for a credit note
Customers are responsible for return shipping on these items & will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
If a Discount/Promotional code is used, item is still considered full price. (Sale items show ‘Final Sale’ price at checkout).
