If something isn't quite right, you may return your order for a refund or online store credit subject to the following conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Most items are able to be returned for a Refund or, if eligible, 110% Online Store Credit for full-priced items only.
Please review the Product Return Type below for further information:

Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Shoes must be returned inside their original shoe box, which must be placed inside a protective shipping satchel or box. The shoe box itself is not considered appropriate packaging for shipping. Returns sent without proper external packaging may not be accepted or may incur a repackaging fee.

Once we receive your return, our team will review item quality and ensure the supplied return reasons match. It will then be approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear, intimate briefs, earrings, and hair accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Please try on your new shoes on soft surfaces prior to being worn, as we will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

Store Credit is supplied as a Virtual Gift Card, is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, and cannot be returned.

Please Note: We no longer offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for organising and covering the cost of return shipping. We appreciate your understanding as we make this adjustment.

  • You’re welcome to drop off your online return at our ROWIE boutique instead of posting it back. Please note:

    • All online returns must have an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted in-store.

    • Please ensure your RMA is included with your parcel when dropping it off.

    • Returns are not processed in the boutique. Our in-store team will pass your parcel to our Returns Department at HQ.

    • Because of this, there may be delays in processing for boutique drop-offs.

    • For the fastest turnaround, we recommend posting your return directly to the address provided in your RMA approval.

    Full priced items purchased at a discounted price during a flash sale or promotional event are only eligible for a store credit. This does not apply to purchases made with 10% sign up discount.

    Each piece within the set can be returned individually through our Returns Portal and will be refunded at the exclusive set price — the price paid per item as part of the set.

    To receive the exclusive set price, all pieces must be added to cart together using the Exclusive Set product page. The set price does not apply to items purchased separately.

  • Can only be returned for a credit note, based on the above terms & conditions.

    Sale Items include all products with a set sale price excluding FINAL SALE ITEMS.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS are not able to be returned, refunded or exchanged. Prices are marked accordingly for clearance.

    By purchasing a product marked with 'FINAL SALE ITEM' you agree to these terms at the time of placing order.
