How to Purchase
Exclusive Sets feature curated pairings of 2–3 ROWIE pieces, designed to be worn together and offered at a special set price.
To receive the exclusive set price, you must add all pieces to your cart together using the Exclusive Set product page.
Purchasing items individually from their separate product pages will not apply the set price.
The exclusive set price is applied automatically at checkout once all pieces are added to your cart as a complete set.
Pricing
The exclusive set price is distributed evenly across all items in the set.
Each piece will display its adjusted set price in your cart and on your order confirmation.
Exclusive Sets are offered at a reduced price and are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Returns
Exclusive Set items can be returned individually through our standard Returns Portal.
Refunds will be processed at the exclusive set price, the price you paid for each individual piece within the set, not the original full price.
You are not required to return the entire set. If one or more items are returned, the remaining pieces will retain their exclusive set price; no additional charges will apply.
Store credit is issued as a Virtual Gift Card and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Exchanges
ROWIE does not currently facilitate direct exchanges.
If you wish to change a size or item, please return the product for a refund or store credit and place a new order through our website.

The welcome discount is exclusively available to customers who sign up for our mailing list and is valid on full-priced items only. To redeem, the discount code must be entered at checkout. This offer is valid for online purchases only and cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, offers or Exclusives Sets. The welcome discount is non-transferable and may not be sold or shared. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Final Sale Items are marked as “FINAL SALE” at the time of purchase and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. By purchasing a product labeled as a Final Sale Item, you agree to these terms upon placing your order. Prices for these items are clearly marked for clearance, reflecting their final sale status. Please ensure you review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
