Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Australia. Orders placed before 12pm (Sydney time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. During collection launches, sale events and busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email from us with tracking, followed by a separate tracking email from the courier.

All delivery times are business days and are estimates only. They cannot be guaranteed.

Australia

  • Standard (Australia Post Parcel Post): Free. 2–6 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post Express): $10 AUD, free on orders over $300 AUD. 1–3 business days.
  • Premium StarTrack ATL: $15 AUD per parcel. 1–2 business days. Your parcel is left securely at your preferred location, no signature required.

Traditional Place Names: To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your order is delivered on, you’re welcome to add your Traditional Place Name in the Company field at checkout while we update our checkout to include a dedicated field. You can find your area’s Traditional Place Name on the AIATSIS Map of Indigenous Australia.

New Zealand

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): Free. 3–8 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): $10 NZD, free on orders over $300 NZD. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: $20 NZD. 1–3 business days.

United States

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): $12 USD, free on orders over $300 USD. 5–10 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): $25 USD. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: $40 USD. 2–5 business days.
  • USD prices include all import duties and taxes (DDP), so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): £9, free on orders over £150. 5–10 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): £25. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: £35. 3–7 business days.
  • All UK orders ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). GBP prices include all import duties and taxes, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Canada

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): $18 CAD, free on orders over $300 CAD. 5–10 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): $40 CAD. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: $50 CAD. 3–5 business days.
  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Germany

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): €15, free on orders over €170. 5–10 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): €30. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: €45. 3–5 business days.
  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Sweden

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): 200 SEK, free on orders over 1,875 SEK. 5–10 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): 365 SEK. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: 500 SEK. 3–5 business days.
  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Denmark

  • Standard (Australia Post International Standard): 135 DKK, free on orders over 1,271 DKK. 5–10 business days.
  • Express (Australia Post International Express): 250 DKK. 3–6 business days.
  • DHL Express: 336 DKK. 3–5 business days.
  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Rest of Europe

  • DHL Express: Calculated at checkout. 3–5 business days.
  • Import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout under EU customs regulations, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Rest of World

  • DHL Express: Calculated at checkout. 5–8 business days.
  • Product prices don’t include import duties or taxes unless stated. These are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by DHL before delivery.

Where we don’t ship
Due to shipping restrictions and carrier limitations, we currently can’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Israel, Kuwait, Nepal, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria or Türkiye. If you’re unsure whether we ship to you, please contact hello@rowiethelabel.com.

Customs, duties and gifts

  • ROWIE is legally required to declare the full value of every international order and can’t mark parcels as gifts.
  • If you refuse to pay duties or taxes and your parcel is returned to us, a penalty fee and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. ROWIE isn’t responsible for any loss on abandoned parcels.
  • Customs rules vary by country. For specific details, please contact your local customs office.

Changes to your order
If you need to change your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at hello@rowiethelabel.com. We process orders quickly, so we can’t always guarantee changes. Once an order has left our warehouse it can’t be changed. If an order is returned to sender because of incorrect details, the standard postage rate applies to resend it.

Delayed tracking
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, please first check Australia Post for any domestic or international disruptions, then contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
