USA

We’re so grateful for the continued support from our US customers - it means the world to see ROWIE pieces worn and loved around the globe.

As of May 14, 2025, the US government tariff now applies to all China-made goods imported into the United States, including select ROWIE garments. While not all ROWIE pieces are made in China, some items may be impacted by this update.

We’re actively working on long-term solutions to minimise the impact for our US customers. In the meantime, we remain committed to transparency and will continue to share updates as they become available.

DHL Express remains our trusted international shipping partner. To ensure a smoother delivery experience, import duties and taxes are now calculated and prepaid at checkout. This means there will be no additional charges upon delivery — everything is taken care of upfront. Duties and taxes are determined by U.S. Customs and are included in your total at checkout. Product prices do not include import duties or taxes, unless stated otherwise. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier (e.g. DHL) prior to delivery.

Important:
If you refuse to pay customs/import duties and your parcel is returned to us, a penalty fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the parcel is abandoned, ROWIE will not be held responsible for any loss of funds.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Due to recent U.S. tariff changes and some of our products being made in China, we now exclusively offer DHL Express for all U.S. orders.

  • Our sincere apologies for the delay with your order! We ask that you first please check Australia Post for any disruptions within Australia (Domestic) or International, and if you require further assistance, please contact us.

  • If you have placed an order and would like to make any changes, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so occasionally changes cannot be made.

    Please make sure you choose your items carefully and enter the correct shipping details before placing your order. We aim to assist with any change requirements however, please note we cannot guarantee your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment and once the order has left our premises, we are unable to make any changes. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend your order if it is returned to sender.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. However, due to shipping restrictions and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:
