Delivery Delays to Western Australia - 23 November 2022

Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered (based on our current estimates). 
Heavy rain and flooding have closed the Sydney-to-Perth rail line. The Melbourne-to-Adelaide rail link was closed due to damage caused by a train derailment and reopened on 21 November, however delays are expected due to a backlog of freight.  


COVID-19

Most parcels are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced. Our operations are being affected by COVID-19 cases in the community.

- There may be times when some of our team members are in self-isolation.
- Our mail and parcel processing facilities may be affected by temporary closures.
- COVID-19 related airline disruptions mean there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and     this may cause longer delivery times.

Some international routes are currently suspended, and many routes have lower flight frequencies. This may cause longer transit times. Deliveries to and from overseas also depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Restrictions, operating constraints and labour shortages are causing delays in some countries.

Shipping FAQ
Our sincere apologies for the delay with your order, at this current time most domestic (AUS) orders are arriving in good time however, there may be longer than usual delivery times for International deliveries due to impacts of COVID-19.

All international customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and ROWIE will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

ROWIE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments & cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, as this is an illegal practice.

Do note, if your parcel is returned to us because you declined to pay Custom/Import Duties & Taxes we will not refund your original postal charge.
If you have placed an order and would like to make any changes, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. ROWIE The Label online orders are shipped at 12pm AEDT every business day, due to this we are unable to change your order after 12pm! 

Please make sure you choose your items carefully and enter the correct shipping details before placing your order. We aim to assist with any change requirements however, please note we cannot guarantee your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment and once the order has left our premises, we are unable to make any changes. You will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend your order if it is returned to sender.
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier will ask and record your name, and confirm the delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply*.

*Please note StarTrack Express orders have Authority to Leave and will be left unattended at the address at the time of delivery. 

To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered on, we are currently in the process of updating our checkout to include a field for Traditional place name.

In the meantime, we ask that you please use the Company field, to ensure your parcel is addressed correctly.
