Gigi would sit by the car window, thrilled to spot sheep walking down the road or a motorbike carrying a family of four. If you’re traveling with little ones, be sure to pack plenty of nappies, wipes, and their favourite snacks - the food can be a little different.”

GETTING AROUND
For getting around, it’s best to ask your hotel or riad to organise a driver - especially when navigating the Medina for the first time. The old city can be a maze, and having someone who knows their way makes all the difference. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can hire a car - but be warned, it’s not for the faint-hearted!
