As the Assistant Boutique Manager (2IC) for ROWIE, you’ll play a key role in supporting the success of our Byron Bay and Bangalow boutiques. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, elevate the in-store experience, and support a strong, brand-aligned team.
Area of responsibility include:
Customer Experience & Sales – Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned service while driving sales performance, KPIs, and personalised styling.
Retail Operations – Support the day-to-day running of the boutiques, including stock flow, store standards, and operational procedures.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation – Maintain a visually elevated store environment aligned with ROWIE’s aesthetic and storytelling.
Team Support & Leadership – Mentor and guide the boutique team, stepping into a leadership role when the Boutique Manager is off-site.
Content & Brand Representation – Contribute to boutique content and represent ROWIE with confidence, professionalism, and strong product knowledge.
Seasonal Launches & Planning – Support the execution of collection launches, VM updates, and peak trade preparation.
Expectations
Previous experience in a senior retail or Assistant Manager role
Strong interpersonal, styling, and communication skills
Confident supporting team performance and leading on the floor
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling
