OPERATIONS & INVENTORY ASSISTANT

As an Operations & Inventory Assistant for ROWIE The Label, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of our inventory, fulfilment, and operational flow across HQ, our boutiques, and our 3PL partner. Your focus will be on ensuring stock accuracy, smooth transfers, efficient returns, and operational readiness as we deliver each collection season.

Area of responsibility include:

  • Inventory coordination across Cin7, Shopify, boutiques, and 3PL
  • Supporting boutique replenishments, transfers, and stock movement
  • Processing ecommerce returns and dispatch-related enquiries
  • Coordinating domestic and international freight shipments, including required customs documentation
  • Managing return and fulfilment support tickets through Gorgias
  • Assisting with cycle counts, stock adjustments, and discrepancy resolution
  • Supporting collection launch readiness and operational checklists
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Expectations

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident working across systems and stock accuracy (Cin7 experience ideal)

Ability to prioritise, follow through, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small team

TERMS

Based at ROWIE Byron Bay HQ

Full-time role (Monday to Friday)

For the right candidate, a 4-day arrangement may be considered

Experience in inventory, operations, or fulfilment preferred
